Terms & Conditions
Service Duration & Additional Time
Each monthly subscription includes up to two (2) hours of service.
Additional time may be added at a rate of $55 per additional hour, subject to availability and client approval.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide safe and timely access to the property during the scheduled service window
Remove clutter and personal items from areas to be cleaned prior to service
Secure all valuable or fragile items, as Smart Cleaning Solutions is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property inside or outside the premises
Communicate any specific instructions, areas of concern, or special requests prior to the appointment
Service Usage & Credit Policy
Services must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of the payment date
Unused credits do not roll over, cannot be accumulated, and expire after 30 days
Monthly credits may be applied only to eligible services outlined in the Sparkling Spaces Menu
Cancellation Policy
This is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time
Monthly subscription fees are non-prorated once billing has occurred
Payment Terms
A valid payment method must be kept on file to maintain uninterrupted service
Payment is processed on the date of subscription and automatically billed on the same date each month thereafter
Services may be used anytime within the active billing cycle
Example: If your subscription begins on January 6, 2026, billing will occur on the 6th of each month.
Agreement & Acknowledgment
By purchasing or continuing a Sparkling Spaces Monthly Subscription, the client confirms acceptance of the services, pricing, and terms outlined above.
